	Silver Sceptre The Silver Scepter Rising, Jumping Wand! By George Blake A really nice magical prop! Rising Magic Wand or Rod is a familiar effect to many magicians. Silver Scepter is an improved version of the same effect and the creation of George Blake, and comes with a wonderful routine by the creator. This is an aluminum rod approximately three eighth of an inch in diameter and about sixteen inches long. The slim rod is contained in a neat bag. There are four phases in the routine where the scepter rises from a handkerchief; then rises from the bag that houses it. There are horizontal movements, left and right from the same bag; and finally, the scepter sends the bag high into the air! A great item for the kids entertainer but an equally good effect for general audiences. This is an entirely self-contained effect and is always always ready to work. Out of Stock
